MProfit was founded by technology experts with a passion for financial services. The experienced co-founders have a long and outstanding track record of building and running technology companies for the past 20 years.

Kiran Shah – CEO
Kiran’s primary responsibilities include setting the strategic direction and running day-to-day operations for the company. He brings more than 20 years experience in running software companies.
Previously, Kiran was a co-founder of several companies in the computer networking space including Cygsoft and Zeitnet. Zeitnet developed products for Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) networks and was sucessfully sold to Cabletron Systems in 1996. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science, from the Bombay University, India.

Pallav Bhatt – CTO
As CTO, Pallav is responsible for the engineering organization and providing the technology direction of the company. He brings more than 20 years of experience in software development.
Before MProfit, Pallav was head of engineering at Cabletron’s offshore development center in India. At Cabletron, he was a hands-on project manager for the development and maintenance of Cabletron’s SPECTRUM network management applications and device management modules. He also co-founded Cygsoft and Zeitnet. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Cleveland State University and Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Gujarat University, India.

Manish Jain – VP, Business Development
Manish is responsible for creating and expanding strategic partnerships to grow the customer footprint. Build relationships with sub-brokers, independent financial advisors and wealth managers to expand into Tier II/III cities.
Prior to MProfit, Manish gained his technical skills while working with companies such as Accenture and Cisco Systems. He also founded the matrimonial portal shaadi.com in 1996 and exited in 2000. Since 2005, he has been based in Mumbai to focus on technology driven ventures. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Indiana University located in Bloomington, Indiana.
