Kiran Shah

Chief Executive Officer
A seasoned technology entrepreneur, Kiran runs everyday operations at MProfit and sets the company’s business direction. Before MProfit, Kiran co-founded Zeitnet and Cygsoft, companies in the telecom and networking space. Zeitnet developed products for Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) networks and was successfully sold to Cabletron Systems. Kiran’s passion for investing and deep understanding of Indian financial markets drives MProfit’s business direction. Kiran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Mumbai University.

Pallav Bhatt

Chief Technology Officer
Pallav heads MProfit’s software development and brings many years of technical experience, having co-founded Zeitnet and Cygsoft with Kiran. Prior to MProfit, Pallav has also been the head of engineering at Cabletron India. At Cabletron, he was a hands-on project manager for the development and maintenance of Cabletron’s SPECTRUM network management applications and device management modules. Pallav holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Cleveland State University in the US.

Atik Shah

Chief Business Officer
Atik leads biz dev & client relationships at MProfit and works alongside the product team to build our product roadmap, having a keen insight into what improvements & new updates users are actively looking for in MProfit. Prior to MProfit, he was a senior advisory associate with PwC in New York focusing on initiatives in digital transformation, analytics & business development. Atik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics & Economics from Cornell University in the US, as well as a Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering.

Ashin Shah

Chief Product Officer
Ashin leads the development and deployment of MProfit Cloud, as well as MProfit’s iOS & Android mobile initiatives. Before MProfit, he worked as a Research Analyst at J.P. Morgan New York in its Fixed Income Strategy Group. Ashin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Economics and a minor in Operations Research from Cornell University in the US, where he graduated top of his class as a Merrill Presidential Scholar.

Manish Jain

Strategic Alliances
A long-time technology aficionado, Manish focuses on building and expanding strategic partnerships at MProfit. Previously, Manish worked in Consulting with Accenture and Cisco Systems in the US. He also co-founded shaadi.com, the largest matrimonial portal in the world, in 1996 and exited in 2000. Since 2005, Manish has been based in Mumbai to focus on technology driven ventures. Manish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Indiana University in the US.
